1. Select start button in computer and click on control panel OR Also press short cut button press " start+r" and type "CONTROL" enter

2. click on date time language and regional options

3. Select language button in option tool bars

4. Click on Details button

5. Select which language you want to install and also remove install language Click language like German example and click add button

6.  After selection language click on Apply button






7. Now click on ok button

 8. After seleck ok close setting and go to desktop here you see in your taskbar click on EN

9. Select your language you installed and go to your key and type  it language will change
