1. Select start button in computer and click on control panel OR Also press short cut button press " start+r" and type "CONTROL" enter
2. click on the large icons in top of right corner
3. Click on region and language
4. Click Add for installing language
5. Click language who you want to install for example i will show FRENCH language check the square button And then click ok
6. After select ok close setting and go to desktop here you see in your taskbar click on EN
Select your language you installed and go to your key and type it language will change
