1. First of all shift dry ingredients together, The dry ingredient are  sugar, baking soda, flour, salt, and cocoa. Simply place everything in a sifter and shake it back and forth over a bowl to eliminate the clumps powder.

2. Now stir this in the liquid ingredient and stir very well. Add these are the vinegar, vanilla, oil, egg and water. Few people likes to add these ingredient individually one to one, but  and few stir these together in few  second in bowl and before add them to the dry ingredient as well.
